The title of the event and a description
The name of the organiser
The names of any speakers/tutors
The date, time and venue
The admission cost, if any
The booking arrangements, if booking is necessary
Contact details (web site, email address, phone number)
We will let you know whether we are able to include the event in our Calendar.
